That’s a tiny little gun…and it went off so fast.
Love the film, Rose. The haiku is good advice.

Haha! Yeah, in the film, I wrote my haiku lightning fast, didn’t I? Thanks for visiting, Oggy, you always make me chuckle so much, I forget to grab my gun. π

Surprizing (and timely) use of the weirdest novelty pen I have seen.
The old saw about counting to 10 before acting on anger grew stale with repetition. U have made the basic idea fresh again, and deeper than before. Don’t just count: create.

Haha! The pen can be yours, Mel. lol.
Oh, counting to 10 — I love that! You’re a genius — how do I love thee? Let me count the ways…..
1. Your unparalleled wit.
2. Your ability to make up such funny shit.
3. The way you pen a haiku —
4. makes me fall for you!
There are so many more, but I shouldn’t spoil you so much. πβ€οΈ

A lovely idea, what if we could have pen in hand and ready to write and not fight. What poetry we could produce.

Yes! I like that a lot, JC. Indeed. Make sure your pen’s chamber is loaded with ink. Keep the gun chambers empty. I think we’ve just started a movement. π

I love this clip (& Poem)…. Brilliant….
By the way… I am telling something I saw online: an idea, which is to create haikus with titles of books and then you might take a photograph and share it on Instagram or Twitter.
In Spanish Haikus are 3 verses of 5-7- 5 syllabes, respectively.-… You can also create tankas which have 5 verses of 5-7-5-77 syllabes respectively.
So far I found one among my books (didnΒ΄t look too much, anyway). This is the photograph I shared on Twitter: https://twitter.com/aquileana/status/875775780038594561
The example translates to
“Below the volcano
The eternal moment
game over”.
I find hard to count syllabes in English as Spanish is my first language. Maybe you can give it a try. Even viist a local bookstore and have some fun. I just loved this challenge so wanted to share it with you. Hugs π

Hey, this is amazing, Rose! So very clever and creative. Where did you get such a cool pen from? Is this what is making you shoot haiku?
