I sell collectibles and art online and often find the things I've found have hilarious and at times, dark stories to tell. It's thrilling for me to be creatively random, so always expect the unexpected in the things I share with you.
It’s so easy to sew on a button. You can google it. Or next time I’m in town, I’ll show you. There’s also a threader that’ll help make threading a needle easier. It’s really worth it to learn. 😊
I’m sure someone else must have thought of it. A quick Google turned up an edition in a series of needlecraft mysteries with a similar title. Turns out I have no original thoughts. ☹️

Your wonderful Haiku put me
in mind of the Bank of England in London.
Why? I hear you ask.
Because it’s on Threadneedle Street. 😀

FUNNY! I love the name of that street — only in England. 😀

I tried threading a needle once. True story.

Just once? You don’t even know how to sew a button on your shirt? If a button fell off, who’d sew it on for you — grandma?

I may not know how to sew a button, but I know how to buy a new shirt. Problem solved.

There is something old world about this piece. Like something you’d find embroidered on a 17th century castle pillow. Lovely. ❤

I really liked this one too. (You’re great at haiku!) ‘Fraid I can’t think of any silly jokes for my comment, though.
