Storm birds, living on the edge…
Living on the edge and cutting through clouds are what storm birds do best! ⛈🌧☁️

They’re especially delicious if you add a sprinkle of snow and a touch of lightning. 🌨

Enchanting! It makes me appreciate the bravery of some birds, to see them flutter through the natural elements with such delicate ferocity. I wonder if some of them are just showing off and the others follow along so they won’t be made fun of later 🙂 I loved the poetry. Stormy is my favorite kind of weather.
I feel the same way about the tenacity of these fragile beings. Well said, as always, Anna! Stormy and rainy weather is my favorite. My, I believe we are birds of a feather 😉 xo
A great Haiku Rose.
Such wonderful imagery. 🐦
You’re so tweet, Alan! Thank you. 🕊🕊

I’ve heard that birds are adrenaline junkies, you know… 😊
Succinct and imaginative, Rose.
Thank you, Cathy! Haha! You’re quite right about birds being adrenaline junkies! I must be one, too, for I can’t get enough of your beautifully dark and heart racing tales. ❤️
Thank you, Rose. It may be about time to share another one… 🙂

Yummy cumulus clouds — cotton candy in the sky.
Hmm. If that’s the case, I’ve got to get a taste of a cumulus, too. I like that – cotton candy in the sky.
The birds are not afraid of the clouds, they know their friends and find thrill in their company 🙂 Nice haiku poem, dear… 🙂
Lucky birds to have such amazing friends! 😀 Thank you, dear Mani. 💐
I like your haiku, Rose. It’s moody and dramatic. I guess after the birds have finished with those massive cumulus clouds, they can have a few of those whispy cirrus ones for dessert. 🙂
Haha! Cirrus clouds make the perfect dessert. Thank you, darling!
Birds devouring the clouds…beautifully put.
