Frightened and shaking,
the orange pumpkin turned white
in Dracula’s hand.

Was it a big pumpkin or tiny pumpkin? Kidding well done

Lol. Thank you!
Take the stem off and squint your eyes at the object in your hand and I think you’ve found the cure to avoiding pregnancy. As a matter of fact, the boys (as I sit here) appear to have gone on an unannounced journey commonly known as cryptorchidism. You may not like pain, but your skillful writing knows how to inflict (fun) fear! By the way, Lorena Bobbitt asked me to ask you if you need any additional props for future haikus?
You seem to mix the perfect blend of fun and talent. I’ll bet you have as much fun writing your poetry as the reader has interpreting its various meanings. Always a joy to read.
Interesting choice of words! Lol. Thank you 🙂
Dracula must be either bored or desperate — a vampire will sink their fangs into anything. Apparently.
Dracula merely picked up the pumpkin and poor thing got scared out of his wits. There was no biting involved. Lol 😊
Dracula only picks up things which he plans on biting — that’s the fact, jack.
Hmm, for someone who doesn’t like vampires, you take great pleasure in writing about their habits.
Naughty Dracula. Frightening little pumpkins. 🎃
He is bad! This little pumpkin is excited to read another dark work from you!! I visit your site everyday…
Thanks Rose. Just posted. Hope you like. 😎
I was white once!
We’re you sick?
I don’t get it.
I’m half white and half Native!👍
Out and about in daylight? This “Dracula” is an impostor! Can’t trust anybody nowadays.

It was dusk, Mel, and photo was a tad bit lightened to show the white pumpkin. Calm down, darling! 🙂
I wonder if Dracula would mind holding the white socks my son uses in gym class. There are dirty marks on the soles of those things that no mere human power can remove.
Clever, BunK!!! Oh, I’m swooning again ❤
It was partly a joke, of course, but not the bit about the socks, sadly. 🙂
HUH? I thought they all get along?
Always the surprise, eh?
